The Cabin
Tulip Poplar was built for two. While Dogwood and Sassafras offer spacious family accommodations, Tulip Poplar is something entirely different — an intimate retreat crafted with couples in mind, where every detail invites you to slow down, be present, and fall in love with the mountains all over again.
A real wood-burning stove crackles at the heart of the cabin — nothing artificial about this fireplace. The bathroom features heated tile floors, a luxury touch that makes cold mountain mornings something to look forward to. An enclosed sunroom brings the forest inside, wrapping you in glass and greenery. A porch swing sways gently on the covered porch as the river murmurs below. Step out onto the small elevated deck — shaded by the branches of a magnificent Tulip Poplar tree itself — where seating for two awaits, tucked close and quiet under the canopy.
